Pocket Inventory is designed with a privacy-first approach. All your inventory data is stored locally on your device. We collect the minimum amount of data necessary:

• Camera Access Used to scan barcodes, QR codes, and take photos of your items. Camera data is processed on-device and is never transmitted to external servers.
• Item Data Names, descriptions, categories, tags, quantities, and photos of items you add. All this data is stored exclusively on your device.
• Device Language Used to display the app interface in your preferred language.
• IP Address May be collected automatically by Apple's App Store infrastructure. We do not store or process IP addresses for tracking purposes.

• To store and organize your item inventory on your device
• To scan barcodes and QR codes for automatic item identification
• To enable search and filtering across your collections
• To generate CSV exports for sharing with others

All your inventory data — items, photos, categories, and tags — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate external servers for data storage. Your data is protected by the security mechanisms built into iOS.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete individual items, entire collections, or all app data at any time. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all associated data from your device.

Pocket Inventory is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly address the issue.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
